Condition of the Leased Properties. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that prior to the execution of this Lease, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has been operating the Leased Properties pursuant to the Existing Leases, and that as a consequence, Lessee has knowledge of the condition of the Leased Properties and has found the same to be in good order and repair and satisfactory for its purposes hereunder. Lessee is leasing the Leased Properties "as is" in their condition on the Commencement Date. Lessee waives any claim or action against Lessor in respect of the condition of the Leased Properties.
