Common use of Condition of the Leased Property Clause in Contracts

Condition of the Leased Property. The phrase "Group 3 Facilities, the Restatement Date" appearing in clause (ii) and in clause (b) of Section 7.1 of the Master Lease is hereby amended to read "Group 3 Facilities and the Group 4 Facilities, the applicable Restatement Date," in each instance.
