Condition Upon Surrender. Upon any surrender of the Premises, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in good order, condition and state of repair, ordinary wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted to the extent not required to be repaired by Tenant. Tenant shall deliver all keys to the Premises and notify the Chief Executive Officer of the Plaza in writing of all combinations on locks, safes and vaults, if any, in the Premises which Landlord does not require Tenant to remove in accordance with Article 15 of this Lease.
