Common use of CONDITIONAL RECEIPT OR TEMPORARY INSURANCE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONAL RECEIPT OR TEMPORARY INSURANCE AGREEMENT. Reinsurance coverage under a conditional receipt or temporary insurance agreement is subject to the conditions for reinsurance coverage specified in Exhibit B and is limited to Munich Re, U.S. (Life)’s share of amounts within the conditional receipt or temporary insurance limits specified in Exhibit B less the Ceding Company Retention on the Policy. In no event, however, shall Munich Re, U.S. (Life)’s liability on any one life, including any existing reinsurance, exceed the Automatic Binding Limits in Exhibit B. Munich Re, U.S. (Life) will accept liability provided that the Ceding Company has followed its normal cash-with-application procedures for such coverage.
