Common use of Conditional Sale Clause in Contracts

Conditional Sale. Accounts that arise with respect to goods that are placed on consignment, guaranteed sale or other terms by reason of which the payment by the Account Debtor is conditional;

Conditional Sale. Accounts that arise with respect to goods that are placed on consignment, guaranteed guarantied sale or other terms by reason of which the payment by the Account Debtor is conditional;
