CONDITIONAL UPON PAYMENT. The Tenant agrees that provision of any rental Vehicle is conditional upon Wicked being paid by the Travel Agent. Wicked reserves the right to collect payment from the Tenant in the event of a failure made by the Travel Agent or Travel Wholesaler to pay for the rental.
