CONDITIONAL UPON PAYMENT. The Customer agrees that provision of any Vehicle is conditional upon Britz being paid by the travel agent or travel wholesaler. ▇▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to collect payment from the Customer in the event of a failure by the travel agent or travel wholesaler to pay for the Vehicle.
