Common use of CONDITIONAL UPON PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONAL UPON PAYMENT. The Customer agrees that provision of any rental Vehicle is conditional upon Mighty being paid by the travel agent or travel wholesaler who arranged the Vehicle rental on the Customer’s behalf. Mighty reserves the right to collect payment from the Customer in the event of a failure by the travel agent or travel wholesaler to pay for the rental.
