Conditional Use. Express written consent and approval from Coinbase must be obtained prior to using Coinbase Services for the following categories of business and/or use ("Conditional Uses"). Consent may be requested by contacting us at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Coinbase may also require you to agree to additional conditions, make supplemental representations and warranties, complete enhanced on-boarding procedures, and operate subject to restrictions if you use Coinbase Services in connection with any of the following businesses, activities, or practices:
Conditional Use. Express written consent and approval from Coinbase on behalf of the Coinbase Entities must be obtained prior to using Prime Broker Services for the following categories of business and/or use (“Conditional Uses”). Coinbase may also require Client to agree to additional conditions, make supplemental representations and warranties, complete enhanced on-boarding procedures, and operate subject to restrictions if Client uses the Prime Broker Services in connection with any of following businesses, activities, or practices:
(a) Charities: Acceptance of donations for nonprofit enterprise.
Conditional Use. Meeting use is conditional upon user agreement to save, hold harmless, and indemnify the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ from any claims, law suits, or judgments arising from loss, damage to property, or injury to persons from or during their activity or event.
Conditional Use. Express written consent and approval from Coinbase Custody must be obtained prior to using Custodial Services for the following categories of business and/or use (“Conditional Uses”). Coinbase Custody may also require Client to agree to additional conditions, make supplemental representations and warranties, complete enhanced on-boarding procedures, and operate subject to restrictions if Client uses the Custodial Services in connection with any of following businesses, activities, or practices:
3.1. Charities: Acceptance of donations for nonprofit enterprise.
Conditional Use. So long as Client has complied with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and for so long as Client shall continue to so comply, Provider grants to Client the nonexclusive right and license to use the kitchen facilities described in Section 2 below, for the uses, during the times, and in consideration of the rental payments and other promises made herein.
Conditional Use. We may require you to agree to additional conditions, make supplemental representations and warranties, complete enhanced on-boarding procedures, and operate subject to restrictions if you use Services in connection with any of the following businesses, activities, or practices:
(A) Money Services: Money transmitters, Crypto Asset transmitters; currency or Crypto Asset exchanges or dealers; gift cards; prepaid cards; sale of in-game currency unless the merchant is the operator of the virtual world; act as a payment intermediary or aggregator or otherwise resell any of the Services;
(B) Charities: Acceptance of donations for non-profit enterprise;
(C) Games of Skill: Games which are not defined as gambling under this Agreement or by law, but which require an entry fee and award a prize; and
(D) Religious/Spiritual Organisations: Operation of a for-profit religious or spiritual organisation.

Money Services: Money transmitters, Digital Currency transmitters; currency or Digital Currency exchanges or dealers; gift cards; prepaid cards; sale of in-game currency unless the merchant is the operator of the virtual world; act as a payment intermediary or aggregator or otherwise resell any of the Coinbase Services;
2. Charities: Acceptance of donations for non-profit enterprise;
3. Games of Skill: Games which are not defined as gambling under this Agreement or by law, but which require an entry fee and award a prize; and
4. Religious/Spiritual Organisations: Operation of a for-profit religious or spiritual organisation. Coinbase uses multi-level systems and procedures to collect and verify information about you in order to protect Coinbase and the community from fraudulent users, and to keep appropriate records of Coinbase's customers. Your access to one or more Coinbase Services, and limits including daily or weekly conversion limits, Coinbase Pro deposit, withdrawal and trading limits, instant buy limits, Digital Currency Wallet transfer limits, and limits on transactions from a linked payment method may be based on the identifying information and/or proof of identity you provide to Coinbase. Coinbase may require you to provide or verify additional information, or to wait some amount of time after completion of a transaction, before permitting you to use any Coinbase Services and/or before permitting you to engage in transactions beyond certain volume limits. You may determine the volume limits associated with your level of identity verification by visiting your account's ‘Limits’ page on the Site. You may submit a request at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ to request larger limits. Coinbase will require you to submit to Enhanced Due Diligence. Additional fees and costs may apply, and Coinbase does not guarantee that we will raise your limits.
Conditional Use. The parties mutually agree that:
Conditional Use. The Owner may develop and lease approximately 18,335 square feet of indoor climate-controlled storage (“Conditional Use”).
Conditional Use. The Pastor has requested that be allowed to operate the following home-based business out of the Parsonage: (the “Conditional Use”). The Church and the District Superintendent have reviewed the Pastor’s request and hereby approve the Conditional Use, subject to the following:
a. The Pastor shall ensure that the operator of the Conditional Use maintains adequate general liability insur- ance for the Conditional Use, in amounts determined by the District Superintendent, and said policies shall name the Church and the Mississippi Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church (the “Conference”) as additional insureds. The Pastor shall provide the District Superintendent with copies of said policies annually or upon request by the District Superintendent.
b. The Pastor shall ensure that a certified public accountant is consulted regarding tax implications to the Pastor and family regarding the use of any portion of the Parsonage for the Conditional Use. Neither the Church, the District Superintendent, nor the Conference makes any representations to the Pastor regarding tax implications arising from the Conditional Use.
c. The Conditional Use is personal to the Pastor and is therefore non-transferable, and may be canceled at any time by the District Superintendent in his/her sole discretion.
