Conditional Uses. In a PF-INDUSTRIAL zone, the following uses are permitted as conditional uses when authorized in accordance with Sections 8.9.1 to 8.9.6 of this Title: (1) Waste processing, treatment and disposal facilities (excluding facilities for processing, treating and disposing of hazardous waste).
