Common use of CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS AND AGREEMENTS. Borrower shall pay the Debt at the time and in the manner provided in the Note and in this Deed of Trust. All the covenants, conditions and agreements contained in (a) the Note and (b) all and any of the documents including the Note and this Deed of Trust now or hereafter executed by Borrower and/or others and by or in favor of Lender, which evidences, secures or guarantees all or any portion of the payments due under the Note or otherwise is executed and/or delivered in connection with the Note and this Deed of Trust (the “LOAN DOCUMENTS”) are hereby made a part of this Deed of Trust to the same extent and with the same force as if fully set forth herein.
