Modification to Article III, Section 2 of the DPA Article III, Section 2 of the DPA (Annual Notification of Rights.) is amended as follows:
Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.
Modification to Article V, Section 4 of the DPA Article V, Section 4 of the DPA (Data Breach.) is amended with the following additions: (6) For purposes of defining an unauthorized disclosure or security breach, this definition specifically includes meanings assigned by Texas law, including applicable provisions in the Texas Education Code and Texas Business and Commerce Code.
Modification to Article VII, Section 4 of the DPA Article VI, Section 4 of the DPA (Annual Notification of Rights.) is amended as follows:
Scope of the Agreement This Agreement shall apply to all investments made by investors of either Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party, accepted as such in accordance with its laws and regulations, whether made before or after the coming into force of this Agreement.
