Common use of Conditions of Audit Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Audit. (a) CONTRACTOR will cooperate fully with COMPANY and its representatives in the carrying out of any audit. (b) At no cost to COMPANY and on its request, CONTRACTOR will provide: (i) adequate and safe access to the BOOKS AND RECORDS in readable format and physical facilities necessary to conduct the audit; (ii) reasonable access to individuals who may be required to facilitate the audit or provide relevant information in connection with it; and
