Common use of Conditions of Notes Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Notes. (a) The conditions of the Class B Notes will be as set out in the Master Trust Deed, as supplemented and amended by the provisions set out in this Supplementary Terms Notice. (b) The conditions of the Class A Notes will be as set out in the Master Trust Deed, the Conditions, the Note Trust Deed and this Supplementary Terms Notice.
