CONDITIONS OF THE STATE GUARANTEE. The conditions of the State Guarantee as set out in Schedule 6 (State Guarantee) are incorporated in this Agreement, even if they are not explicitly provided for in this Agreement. In the case of any discrepancies between the conditions of the State Guarantee and the terms of this Agreement, the former will apply.
