Conditions of Usage. Use: a. The Vendor must have an employee present during the event. b. Subletting of tables or sending agents is not permitted. c. The Vendor’s booth(s) may not have lit candles, heated incense, or any other open flame. d. All displays, exhibits, and decorations must be free standing without attachments to walls, ceilings, or floors. e. It is preferred that Vendors not use single use plastics for materials distribution.
