Common use of Conditions on Use Clause in Contracts

Conditions on Use. In addition to the applicable conditions set forth in Section 4 above, as a condition to Your use of the SecureAnywhere Business Solution, You must not: (1) knowingly permit any Beneficiaries to take any action or to refrain from taking any action that would breach any of the conditions in Section 4; or (2) use the SecureAnywhere Business Solution for the provision of any services, other than the Managed Services, for the benefit of any third party.
