Conditions Precedent for Additional Advance Payment Guaranty to Voest. The Bank, in its sole and absolute discretion, and without making any commitment therefor, may issue an additional Advance Payment Guaranty to Voest, on behalf of Selas SAS, upon the satisfaction of: (i) all of the terms and conditions set forth in Sections 4.1 and 4.2 of this Waiver Agreement, and (ii) such other terms and conditions as the Bank in its sole and absolute discretion may determine.
