Conditions Precedent to Each Credit Extension. (other than the delivery by the US Borrower of a Dollar Revolving Loan Notice). Any such purchase of risk participations by each Dollar Revolving Lender from the Swing Line Lender shall not relieve or otherwise impair the obligation of the US Borrower to repay Swing Line Loans, together with interest as provided herein.
