Conditions Precedent to Initial Effectiveness. The obligation of each Lender to make any Revolving Credit Loan requested to be made by it on any date and the obligations of each Letter of Credit Issuer to issue, extend or increase Letters of Credit shall become effective on the date on which each of the following conditions are satisfied:
