Conditions precedent to the execution of this Agreement. The obligations of the parties to the execution of this Agreement are subject to the fulfillment of those conditions in paragraphs (vi)(a) and (vii) of Clause 7.2 below to the reasonable satisfaction of Lessor and those conditions in paragraph (ix) of Clause 7.2 below.
