CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO THE FINAL ADVANCE WITH RESPECT TO A UNIT. Owner's obligation to make the Final Advance with respect to a Unit shall be subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in this Section 6 and to the receipt by Owner and any Assignee of the documents set forth in this Section 6, in each case in form and substance THIS AGREEMENT FOR LEASE IS CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY reasonably satisfactory to Owner and any Assignee. When all of the conditions set forth in this Section 6 shall have been satisfied, Substantial Completion of a Unit shall be deemed to occur. Owner shall determine whether the foregoing conditions are met within seven (7) Business Days after receipt of the Certificate of Substantial Completion and its attachments.
