Common use of CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED BY AUTHORITY Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS TO BE FULFILLED BY AUTHORITY. a)Subject to GC Clause 2.9.5 below, the Conditions Precedent required to be satisfied by the Authority within a period of 45 (forty five) days from the date of execution of this Concession Agreement shall be deemed to have been fulfilled when the Authority shall have facilitated the Concessionaire/Agency in terms of support and participation by its representatives or sending follow-up letters to the Departments concerned/ Competent Authority/Statuary/ Regulatory Authorities for obtaining of all Applicable Permits, if requested by the Concessionaire and/or ULB. b)executed and procured execution of Substitution Agreement;
