Common use of Conditions to Confirmation Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Confirmation. The conditions to confirmation and the conditions to the Effective Date set forth in the Plan shall have been satisfied (or waived with the consent of the Required Backstop Interest) in accordance with the Plan.
