Conditions to Confirmation. The following are conditions to the entry of the Confirmation Order, unless such conditions, or any of them, have been satisfied or duly waived in accordance with Article VI.B: 1. The Court shall have approved the Disclosure Statement, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtor and the Majority Consenting Lenders. 2. The Confirmation Order shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtor and the Majority Consenting Lenders. 3. The Plan (which, for purposes of this Article VI.A.3 shall exclude the Plan Supplement), shall be in form and substance mutually acceptable to the Debtor and the Majority Consenting Lenders. 4. The Plan Supplement shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtor and the Majority Consenting Lenders.
