Conditions to Each Post-Closing Extension of Credit. The agreement of each Lender (including each L/C Issuer) to make any Credit Extension requested to be made by it hereunder on any date, including the Initial Borrowing Date, (other than (x) Agent Advances and (y) a conversion of Loans to the other Type, or a continuation of Term Benchmark Loans) is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
