CONDITIONS TO EACH PURCHASER'S OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE. The obligation of each Purchaser hereunder to purchase the Units for which it is subscribing from the Company hereunder is subject to the satisfaction, at or before the Closing Date, of each of the following conditions, provided that such conditions are for each Purchaser's individual and sole benefit and may be waived by any Purchaser as to such Purchaser at any time in such Purchaser's sole discretion: (a) Execution of Transaction Documents. The Company shall have executed such Purchaser's Execution Page to this Agreement and each other Transaction Document to which the Company is a party and delivered executed originals of the same to such Purchaser.
