Common use of Conditions to Effectiveness of this Second Amendment Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Effectiveness of this Second Amendment. This Second Amendment, and the amendments, waivers and consents contained herein, shall become effective as of the date hereof on the date (the “Second Amendment Effective Date”) when each of the following conditions precedent have been fulfilled (or waived) to the reasonable satisfaction of the Administrative Agent:
