Conditions to Initial Extensions of Credit. The obligation of the Lenders to enter into this Credit Agreement and to make the initial Loans or the Issuing Lender to issue the initial Letter of Credit, whichever shall occur first, shall be subject to satisfaction of the following conditions in addition to satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 5.1:
