Common use of Conditions to Obligations of Parties Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Obligations of Parties. The obligation of the parties to this Loan Agreement shall continue to be governed by the Existing Loan Agreement pending satisfaction or waiver of all of the following conditions in a manner, form and substance satisfactory to Lender: Delivery of Documents. The deliveries set forth in Section 1.9 hereof shall have been delivered to Lender, each duly authorized and executed, where applicable, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
