Common use of Conditions to the Borrowing of the Initial Loan Clause in Contracts

Conditions to the Borrowing of the Initial Loan. The obligation of each Lender to make its Initial Loan on the Closing Date shall be subject to the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the parties hereto, the delivery of a Borrowing Notice as required pursuant to Section 2.02, and the prior or concurrent satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth below in this Section 6.01.
