Common use of Conditions to the Initial Loans Clause in Contracts

Conditions to the Initial Loans. No Lender shall be obligated to make any Loan or incur any Letter of Credit Obligations on the Effective Date, or to take, fulfill, or perform any other action hereunder, until the following conditions have been satisfied or provided for in a manner satisfactory to Agent, or waived in writing by Agent and Requisite Lenders:

Conditions to the Initial Loans. No Lender shall be obligated to make any Loan or incur any Letter of Credit Obligations on the Effective Closing Date, or to take, fulfill, or perform any other action hereunder, until the following conditions have been satisfied or provided for in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Agent, or waived in writing by Agent and Requisite Lenders:

No Lender shall be obligated to enter into this Agreement, to make any Loan or incur any Letter of Credit Obligations on the Effective Closing Date, or to take, fulfill, or perform any other action hereunder, until the following conditions have been satisfied or provided for in a manner satisfactory to Agent, or waived in writing by Agent and Requisite Lenders:

Conditions to the Initial Loans. No Lender shall be obligated to make any Loan or incur any its initial Loans or Letter of Credit Obligations or Litigation L/C Obligations hereunder on or after the Effective Closing Date, or to take, fulfill, or perform any other action hereunder, unless and until the following conditions have been satisfied or provided for in a manner satisfactory to Agent, or waived in writing by Agent and Requisite Lenders:

No Neither any Lender nor the Fronting Lender shall be obligated to make any Loan or incur any Letter of Credit Obligations on the Effective Closing Date, or to take, fulfill, or perform any other action hereunder, until the following conditions have been satisfied or provided for in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Agent, or waived in writing by Agent and Requisite LendersAgent:
