Conditions to the Obligations of the Managers Sample Clauses

The 'Conditions to the Obligations of the Managers' clause defines the specific requirements that must be satisfied before the managers are obligated to proceed with their responsibilities under an agreement, such as closing a transaction or providing services. By setting these prerequisites, the clause ensures that managers are only bound to perform their duties if all agreed-upon conditions are met, thereby protecting them from unforeseen risks or incomplete preparations.
