Common use of Conditions to the Obligations of the Vendor Clause in Contracts

Conditions to the Obligations of the Vendor. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, the obligations of the Vendor to complete the transactions provided for herein will be subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions at or prior to the Closing Time, and the Purchaser and/or Workstream will use its best efforts to ensure that such conditions are fulfilled.

Conditions to the Obligations of the Vendor. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, the obligations of the Vendor and SoftQuad to complete the transactions provided for herein will be subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions at or prior to the Closing Time, and the Purchaser and/or Workstream will use its best efforts to ensure that such conditions are fulfilled.
