Common use of Condominium Association Clause in Contracts

Condominium Association. This Agreement is also Buyer’s application for membership in the Condominium Association, which membership shall automatically take effect at closing. At that time, ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to accept the liabilities and obligations of membership. ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges receipt of and agrees to be bound by the Condominium Documents, including, without limitation, the Declaration of Condominium, as same may be amended and/or supplemented from time to time. ▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges and agrees that title to the Units shall be subject to such documents.
