Common use of Condominium Unit Clause in Contracts

Condominium Unit. The Unit consists of the dwelling unit designated below and an undivided ownership interest in the Common Elements of the Project, as set forth in the Declaration and is described as follows: Condominium Unit , Stratos, according to the Condominium Map for Stratos and as defined and described in the Condominium Declaration for Stratos, each to be recorded in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of Pitkin County, Colorado and as each may be amended and supplemented. The Unit is located within the Building. The general floor plan for the Unit is attached hereto as Exhibit C. Upon substantial completion of construction of the Unit, a recorded Condominium Map or Supplemental Condominium Map, as applicable, shall create the Unit and, following the recording of such Map in the Pitkin County Records, the Unit shall mean the Unit as mapped on the recorded Condominium Map or Supplemental Condominium Map without the need for further writing or agreement between Seller and Purchaser. The Unit may include optional enhancements selected by Purchaser pursuant to Section 4.d below and shall include the interior finish package identified in Section 6.f below. The complete Plans and Specifications for the Unit are discussed in Section 6.b below.
