Common use of Conduct of audit and access Clause in Contracts

Conduct of audit and access. The Commonwealth through ACIAR or a representative must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that: (a) audits performed under clause 33.1; and (b) the exercise of the general rights granted by clause 33.2 by the Commonwealth, do not unreasonably delay or disrupt in any material respect the Commissioned Organisation’s performance of its obligations under the Project Agreement or its business.

Conduct of audit and access. The Commonwealth through ACIAR or a representative must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that: (a) audits performed under pursuant to clause 33.125.1; and (b) the exercise of the general rights granted by clause 33.2 25.2 by the Commonwealth, do not unreasonably delay or disrupt in any material respect the Commissioned Organisation’s Recipient's performance of its obligations under the Project this Agreement or its business.

Conduct of audit and access. The Commonwealth through ACIAR or a representative must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that: (a) audits performed under pursuant to clause 33.14.8; and (b) the exercise of the general rights granted by under clause 33.2 4.8 by the Commonwealth, do not unreasonably delay or disrupt in any material respect the Commissioned Organisation’s Program Manager's performance of its obligations under this agreement or duties to its members (including by endeavouring to access premises at mutually agreed times) and comply with the Project Agreement or its businessProgram Manager's reasonable occupational health and safety procedures.

Conduct of audit and access. The Commonwealth through ACIAR or a representative must use reasonable endeavours to ensure that: (a) audits performed under clause 33.135.1; and (b) the exercise of the general rights granted by clause 33.2 35.2 by the Commonwealth, do not unreasonably delay or disrupt in any material respect the Commissioned Organisation’s performance of its obligations under the Project Agreement or its business.
