Common use of Conduct of Tenant Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Tenant. If Tenant, with the prior written authorization of Landlord, which authorization may be granted or denied by Landlord in its sole and absolute discretion, generates, uses, transports, stores, treats, or disposes of any Hazardous Material in, on or around the Project: 34 A. Tenant shall, at its own cost and expense, comply with all Environmental Laws relating to any Hazardous Material used, stored, generated or disposed of in, on or around the Project;
