Conduct of the Manager. The Manager must comply with the terms of the leases of the Property. The Manager must comply with the Service Charge Residential Management Code of the RICS 3rd Edition (“ Code of Practice”). The Manager must comply with relevant legislation concerning the management of the Property. The Manager must comply with health and safety, employment and all other relevant laws and regulations relating to the management of the Property. The Manager must hold professional indemnity insurance including fidelity cover and maintain it during the Term.
