Common use of Conduit System Clause in Contracts

Conduit System. The term “conduit system” refers to any combination of ducts, conduits, manholes, and handholes joined to form an integrated whole. As used in this Appendix, the term “conduit system” refers only to conduit systems owned, or controlled by SBC MISSOURI and does not include (a) cables and other telecommunications equipment located within conduit structures or (b) central office vaults, controlled environment vaults, or other BC MISSOURI structures (such as huts and cabinets) which branch off from SBC MISSOURI’s conduit or (c) isolated pipe and ducts not connected to the conduit system.
