  • Conference Leave Upon written request, supported by a copy of an invitation, an employee shall be granted leave paid at full salary of up to two thirty-fifths of their Appointment Contract(s) to present papers at academic conferences. Such leave shall not be claimed if an authorized exchange of services agreeable to the employee can be arranged.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Conference Attendance The Federation will be entitled to five (5) person days per year release time for designated Federation representatives to attend conferences.   • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award.
