Confidential or Material, Non-Public Information. Employee acknowledges that during and following Employee’s employment he or she is prohibited from using or sharing any Confidential Information for personal gain or advantage (in securities transactions or otherwise), or for the personal gain or advantage of anyone with whom Employee improperly shares such information. Specifically as to material, non-public information of the Company, Employee agrees to comply with the Company’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ policy in effect at the commencement of employment and as amended from time to time.
