Confidentiality and Assignment of Inventions Agreements. ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall use its reasonable best efforts to cause each officer and employee of INT'▇.▇▇▇ and its Subsidiaries to enter into a confidentiality and assignment of inventions agreement substantially in the form of such agreement used by Parent and its Subsidiaries in the country in which such officer or employee performs services for INT'▇.▇▇▇. Any officer or employee of INT'▇.▇▇▇ or any Subsidiary who has not entered into such agreement shall have been terminated by ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or such Subsidiary prior to the Closing.
