Common use of Confidentiality and Data Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality and Data. 27.1 Harrow undertakes that the JPHS will respect the confidentiality of information provided to it. Exceptionally the JPHS may need to disclose this information where required to do so by the Court or under FOI legislation in which case Harrow shall inform Barnet of such proposed disclosure as soon as reasonably practicable. 27.2 Harrow shall ensure that all Barnet Data (save for such information as may be returned to Barnet on Expiry or Termination) is retained for disclosure for at least six (6) years (from the date it is acquired) and shall permit Barnet to inspect such Data as requested from time to time. 27.3 Harrow shall permit all Data to be examined and copied from time to time by Barnet's auditors (whether internal or external) and their representatives upon reasonable notice.
