Configuration and Software Clause Samples

The "Configuration and Software" clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the setup, customization, and use of software within the scope of an agreement. It typically outlines which party is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the software, as well as any specifications or standards that must be met. For example, it may specify that the vendor will provide initial configuration services or that the client must ensure their systems meet certain prerequisites. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their roles in deploying and managing software, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or technical issues during implementation.
