Configuration Software Installation Clause Samples

The Configuration Software Installation clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for installing software necessary to configure a system or product. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for performing the installation, the timeline for completion, and any requirements for compatibility or integration with existing systems. For example, it may require the vendor to install and test the software on the client’s hardware before the system goes live. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the configuration software is properly installed and operational, thereby minimizing delays and technical issues during system deployment.
