Common use of Confined Spaces Clause in Contracts

Confined Spaces. An employee, other than one working on a vehicle or parts of a vehicle, working in a confined space or place the dimensions of which necessitate the employee working in a stooped or otherwise cramped position or without proper ventilation - 63 cents per hour extra.

Confined Spaces. Confined Spaces. An employee, other than one working on a vehicle or parts of a vehicle, employee working in a confined space which means a small compartment or place to which access is through a manhole or similar opening, or where work is done in a place the dimensions of which necessitate the an employee working in a stooped stooping or otherwise cramped position or without proper ventilation - 63 uncomfortable position, shall be entitled to 56 cents per hour extraextra while so engaged.

Confined Spaces. An employee, other than one working on a vehicle or parts of a vehicle, 44 cents per hour to an employee working in a confined space, ie. a compartment space or place the dimensions of which necessitate the employee working in a stooped or otherwise cramped position or without proper ventilation - 63 cents per hour extraventilation.
