Confirmation by Intermediary. Intermediary agrees to provide confirmation to Fund that Fund's instructions have been executed. Intermediary agrees to provide confirmation as soon as reasonably practicable, but not later than fifteen business days after the instructions have been executed. Intermediary also agrees to provide notice to Fund within the same amount of time in the event Intermediary cannot or has not executed such instructions.
