LESSOR confirms that the above-described Aircraft and Engines have been examined by its duly appointed and authorized representative(s) and that such Aircraft and Engines conform to the information set forth above. LESSOR's execution and delivery of this Redelivery Certificate represents LESSOR's acceptance of the above-described Aircraft and Engines for all purposes of this Agreement.
