Common use of Confirmation of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Confirmation of Appointment. We hereby confirm that we have been appointed as the manager of m.v. Sophia (the "Ship") registered under Cyprus flag at the Port of Limassol pursuant to a management agreement (the "Management Agreement") dated 19 April 2007 made between ourselves and the Borrower and that we have accepted out appointment thereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.

Sophia Katerina (the "“Ship"”) registered under Cyprus flag at the Port of Limassol pursuant to a management agreement Management Agreement (the "“Management Agreement"”) dated 19 April 2007 6 May 2004 made between ourselves and the Borrower and that we have accepted out appointment thereunder in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof.
